Glaciers & Helicopters & Elopements, Oh My!
What we are offering-
Join Kerri and Alex to create some magic on the Knik Glacier! We will be hosting a content day to give YOU the opportunity to capture some great content for advertisement and give you the experience of capturing an elopement on a glacier! We will be landing at the blue pools of Knik Glacier and another location near the glacier. We plan to capture the fall colors Alaska brings to life! We shoot true to color and while some of our work is posed, we are geared toward "lifestyle" sessions and using prompts to get genuine and true reactions from our subjects.
We will also be doing a "getting ready" session and flat lays -and depending on couple, maybe a SpIcY session after the glacier at the air bnb. This will give you a full content day and full gallery to give potential clients. It could also give you the opportunity to learn how to use air bnb's for boudoir instead of studios.
-If we vibe just right, group lunch!
We are so excited to share the wealth and experience! It is so hard to get started with glacier elopements, let alone set one up just so you can advertise! We can't wait to meet everyone!

I started photography in 2012 and started my official business in 2020- you know, that SAHM thing. I have since taken online and in-person workshops to further my knowledge and experience. I primarily shoot families and do the occasional weddings, with all the things sprinkled in between. Although I do not primarily shoot weddings or elopements, I love assisting couples in planning their one-of-a-kind day. I do a boudoir event in Jan/Feb every year, which is a blast! Alex has co-hosted that with me for 2 years now! We are excited to host our first content day together and bring our combined knowledge and passions together to help other photographers reach the same goals!

I did my first wedding 12 years ago. Since then, I've been to 12 countries and counting- adding more for 2025! I've been to all 50 states. I focus on elopements and families. Capturing engagements all the way to growing families is my favorite to see a couple's legacy grow. I have about 15 tattoos and counting those too. 😂 I talk too much, laugh often, and no TMI will scare me off. My love language is acts of service and confrontation doesn't bother me. 😂 I'm a sentimental sap and love to read and was homesteading before it was cool 😉
I am a living kidney donor and holistic health nerd. 🤓Been married for going on 10 years and have 6 & 4 yr old and 4 angels.
How We MEt
This is cute, like a romance novel..
We met at a workshop hosted in Alaska June 2023. Alex was coming from Missouri (along with 2 other girls-shoutout OH and HI!) and they wanted to explore Alaska while they were here. I volunteered as the tour guide, born and raised in Chugiak. I put together a crazy spreadsheet of all the hikes, tours, excursions, places to eat that are worthy of experiencing! All that work and they all said, whatever you tell us! So, we did the things- one being a glacier helicopter tour turned dog sled tour. We all had a blast and gelled like we had known each other for years.
Basically, Alex is obsessed with me...
Just joking. But she is with Alaska. So, with little pushing from me, she visited again January 2024 to help my preggo butt host my boudoir event. We worked so well together we might as well have been one person! Everyone loved her as an addition to their experience! She is bubbly and go with the flow and never ending with ideas! Plus, hello, two photographers for the price of one?!
Alex visited again in June 2024 and brought her family. They drove all around experiencing even MORE. We swapped family sessions that were GORG. And now she has a glacier elopement scheduled for June this year!
-I forgot to mention this chick travels ALL OVER to do elopements. Ireland, Scotland, you guys have to go look at her Instagram.
And that is the story of how we met! And..... the rest of our lives together.
